Youth Services: Empowering Futures Through Education, Support & Opportunity
Our Youth Services program provides comprehensive support to foster care youth and young adults up to age 26. Through individualized guidance, strong relationships, and access to essential resources, we work to ensure every young person in our care has the opportunity to thrive.
How Our Program Supports Youth
Each school aged child in our Foster Care program is matched with an Educational Specialist who works closely with them to promote academic success. Once in high school, youth are also paired with an Empowerment Coach who continues to support them through age 26.
Empowerment Coaches help young people build confidence, learn to self advocate, and develop the emotional, social, and practical life skills needed to succeed in adulthood.
