Robert Vidal II
Chairperson
Robert Vidal II will assume the role of Board Chair at Seamen’s Society for Children and
Families beginning in September 2025. With over two decades of experience as a
health insurance consultant, Robert has earned a reputation for excellence and integrity,
particularly in his work with nonprofit organizations across the NYC metro area. He is a
past president of the New York Metro Association of Health Underwriters (NYMAHU),
where he championed initiatives to improve access to healthcare and support industry professionals.
A proud alumnus of Pace University, Robert graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Originally from Brooklyn, he moved to Staten Island in 2010 and now resides in West Brighton with his fiancé and son.
Outside of his professional and civic commitments, Robert is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, a salsa dance instructor, and an avid chess player—pursuits that reflect his discipline, creativity, and strategic mindset.
