Jessica Kaskel, LCSW
With a deep commitment to nurturing the academic, emotional, and social development of students, Jessica Kaskel services as a dedicated school counsel at Staten Island Academy. She brings several years of experience as a social worker and provides compassionate guidance and support to students, families, educators, and staff. Jessica collaborates closely with teachers and administrators to create a supportive school environment conducive to learning and growth. She helps students navigate challenges and develop essential life skills.
Prior to joining Staten Island Academy, Kaskel worked with various organizations including Staten Island Mental Health Society, Jewish Board of Family and Children Services, St. Vincent’s Services Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, and Catholic Guardian Society. She holds M.S.W and B.S.W degrees from New York University. Known for her empathetic approach and ability to build trusting relationships, Jessica is a welcome addition to the Seamen’s Society board of directors.
