Caroline Ferreri
Caroline Ferreri of New Dorp is a proud native Staten Islander. A graduate of St. John Villa Academy High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Wagner College. She has taught in various public elementary schools on Staten Island, before leaving the profession to raise her three daughters: Lucinda, Gina, and Dana.
With her husband Joe’s support and encouragement, Caroline’s commitment to community and culture is reflected in her extensive board service, including roles with Seamen’s Society for Children and Families, Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden, the DaVinci Society at Wagner College, and the Alice Austen House Museum. Additionally, she has also served on several committees for local groups including St. John Villa Academy, St. John’s University, Staten Island University Hospital, The Eger Foundation, and the Staten Island Historical Society at Richmond Town. Since 1994, Caroline has served as a Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church and chaired its 75th, 90th, and 100th anniversary galas. Her activism has resulted in raising much needed funds to support local Staten Island organizations.
